It never works!

So I was thinking about changing my eyebrow shape, I found this app that says I can see how face would look with different brow shapes. Although its not a free app I still downloaded it. After I import a selfie, it shuts down on its own. I tried quite a few times, it never works. I never imagined this when I pay for it. So bad. :(
